I truly appreciated the vibrant area buzzing with great dining options just a short walk away and the proximity to beautiful Gifford Arboretum, perfect for a relaxing stroll through nature after a city exploration, making my weekend stay both enjoyable and easy to navigate. however, the hotel could benefit from some routine maintenance to enhance the overall experience.

The location was convenient and close to mass transit, which was a plus. However, the room was quite cold, and adjusting the thermostat didn’t help. Breakfast options were lacking, and the elevator was inconsistent, making it difficult to navigate with luggage.

The location is fantastic, metro rail station just a stone's throw away. And there’s a mall nearby too. I encountered this pleasant staff member who was really helpful when I asked about nearby eateries, it felt like I had a personal concierge.

There were also cleanliness issues, like no wash rags left in my room upon housekeeping visits. Housekeeping only made the bed and changed towels. Overall, the experience was far from pleasant, but I appreciated the staff's efforts.
